This website is provided for informational, educational, and scheduling purposes only. Use of this website does not establish a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is formed only after completion of required intake documentation and mutual agreement to begin services.
2. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer
Nexa Therapy & Wellness does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, or a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. SMS, email, and website contact forms are not monitored for emergencies.
3. Therapy, Coaching & Educational Services
Psychotherapy services are provided by a licensed clinical social worker and are governed by separate informed consent documents signed by clients. Coaching programs, intensives, workshops, and educational offerings are educational in nature and are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. Participation in any service does not guarantee specific outcomes.
4. Payments & Fees
All services are private pay unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment is due at the time of service or as outlined in signed service agreements. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged according to the practice cancellation policy. Deposits for intensives, retreats, or boot camps are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Refund Policy
Services already rendered are non-refundable. Digital products, programs, and intensives may have separate refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
6. Electronic Communication Risks
Electronic communications, including email and SMS messaging, carry inherent privacy and security risks. While reasonable safeguards are used, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Electronic communication is used primarily for administrative purposes.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nexa Therapy & Wellness LLC for appointment reminders, scheduling-related communication, and reminders to complete intake or required documents. You agree to receive Customer Care messages from Nexa Therapy and Wellness LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP for assistance. SMS messaging service is not intended to used for clinical conversations or monitored for emergencies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving services.
8. Client Portal & Account Responsibility
If using a secure client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Nexa Therapy and Wellness LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to safeguard account information.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback for services rendered may result in suspension or termination of services. Clients remain responsible for payment of services received and any associated dispute or processing fees.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Nexa Therapy and Wellness LLC utilizes third-party platforms for scheduling, billing, communication, website hosting, and related services. Nexa Therapy and Wellness LLC is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or security breaches of third-party providers outside of its direct control.
11. Termination of Services
Nexa Therapy and Wellness LLC reserves the right to discontinue services due to:
- Nonpayment
- Repeated late cancellations
- Boundary violations
- Inappropriate or threatening conduct
- Clinical determination that services are no longer appropriate
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, programs, worksheets, branding, and materials, is the property of Nexa Therapy & Wellness, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa Therapy & Wellness, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or services. Use of the website and services is at your own risk.
